Graphic Designer

Be the visual hand behind Thriving Village. You'll handle everything graphics — social posts, contest and course visuals, brand assets, flyers, and more — across our platform and the founder's related projects. Our look should feel bold and distinct, never generic corporate. If you love turning ideas into clean, striking visuals fast, this is for you.

What you'll do

Design social media graphics across all our platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, WhatsApp, Telegram)
Create visuals for contests, courses, and campaigns
Build and maintain brand assets — logos usage, templates, color, type
Design flyers, banners, and promo material for internal and side projects as needed
Keep a consistent, distinct visual identity — never generic corporate
Turn rough briefs into polished designs quickly and take feedback well

What we're looking for

A strong portfolio showing range across social, brand, and promotional design
Fluent in the standard tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or equivalent)
Good eye for layout, type, and color, with a clean, modern sensibility
Fast, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple requests
Self-driven working remotely with little hand-holding
Nice to have: motion/short-form video graphics, basic photo editing, experience designing for talent, edtech, or community brands
