Video Editor (AI + Traditional)

Turn raw footage and ideas into scroll-stopping video. You'll edit short-form and long-form content for our channels and projects, using both traditional editing skills and AI editing tools to work faster and smarter. From contest reels to course clips to promos, you make our video look sharp and feel alive. If you live in the timeline and keep up with AI editing, we want you.

What you'll do

Edit short-form and long-form video for all our platforms (TikTok, Reels, YouTube, etc.)
Use AI editing tools (auto-captions, repurposing, generative, voice/clean-up) alongside traditional editing to move fast
Cut contest entries, course clips, promos, and social content into polished pieces
Add captions, motion, music, and effects that fit our empowering brand style
Take creative direction and briefs and turn them around quickly
Keep a consistent look and pace across our video output

What we're looking for

A reel or portfolio of video edits showing range and craft
Strong in at least one pro editor (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut or equivalent)
Hands-on experience with AI editing/automation tools and what they're good for
Great sense of pacing, captions, sound, and short-form hooks
Fast and reliable with multiple projects at once
Self-driven working remotely with little hand-holding
Nice to have: motion graphics, sound design, thumbnail/cover design, shooting basics
